Whether you want to expand your general flexibility or work on specific movement expansions, the combination of myofascial release with various stretching techniques allows for maximal progress without pain.

Mouth and neck massage

Tension in the neck and the mouth are strongly linked. The mouth massage i offer is gentle and very effective because it is combined with neck release. Option to include a gentle cervical traction.

I offer a combination of osteopathic visceral manipulation to adjust the position of the organs, with a touch of Thai abdominal massage, which stimulate the organs.

Whether you have hip pain, hip compression or hip dysplasia, i can usually bring back balance to your hips. Combining myofascial release, Neurokinetic therapy and stretching optimizes the process.
